Cinco De Mayo is one of my favourite Holidays. Any excuse to eat Mexican Food and drink Beer is ok by me! Here is my recipe for easy fool-proof guacamole to help you celebrate today!
3 Large Ripe Avocados
2 cloves of minced garlic
Salt and Pepper to taste
Paprika (you can go light or heavy on this depending on your tastes)
Mash the avocados with a fork in a large bowl. Add the minced garlic and the juice of the whole lime. Add salt, pepper and paprika. Refrigerate before serving to help the flavours blend together.
*To keep your guacamole from turning brown, set aside one of the pits from the avocados and pop in the bowl while it chills
